Our fulfillment process follows these structured steps:

2. Customer Confirmation Call: An authorized Stromax support agent contacts you via phone or WhatsApp message to verify order contents, total price, and address accuracy.
3. Dispatch to Courier: Once confirmed, the order is packed, labeled with a unique order code, and handed to our regional courier partner.
4. Doorstep Delivery: The courier representative contacts you via phone prior to delivery to arrange the handover and collect payment in cash.

Any applicable shipping fee is always clearly itemized in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) in your checkout summary prior to your final order confirmation. There are never hidden delivery surcharges upon arrival. The amount you pay to the courier matches the exact total confirmed in your order.

To ensure seamless delivery within the 24–48 hour timeframe, customers are requested to:

• Provide an active, working Moroccan mobile phone number.
• Provide an accurate street name, building number, apartment/neighborhood name, and city.
• Answer incoming phone calls from delivery drivers or courier dispatchers.
• Prepare the exact cash amount corresponding to the order total.

Before arriving at your location, the courier will typically call your telephone number to confirm that you or an authorized representative are available to receive the package.

If you are unavailable or unable to answer, the courier will attempt to reschedule the delivery for the following business day. If a customer remains unreachable after multiple attempts or repeatedly refuses delivery without legitimate justification, the order will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse, and future orders from the account may be subject to review.

While Stromax makes every effort to honor the 24–48 hour delivery timeframe, we cannot be held liable for temporary delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including:

• Severe weather conditions causing highway closures or regional transport disruptions;
• Official national public holidays and religious celebrations;
• Incorrect or incomplete recipient address details;
• Unreachable recipient phone lines during delivery dispatch.
