Stromax reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is strictly the price displayed at the moment you finalize your order confirmation.

When you submit an order through our checkout form, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. Stromax reviews each order and initiates a phone verification call or message to verify your delivery address, city, and product choices prior to dispatch.

An order is deemed officially confirmed once verified by our logistics team and assigned a unique order tracking reference. Stromax reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in cases of invalid contact information, unreachable telephone numbers, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or unverified order details.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to our courier partner for delivery, it enters transit and cannot be recalled or cancelled midway. Customers are expected to honor their order upon arrival.

Delivery timeframes are estimated in good faith and do not constitute an absolute contractual guarantee. Deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to regional logistics constraints, severe weather, national holidays, or incorrect recipient information.

Stromax operates on a clear commercial policy: we do not offer voluntary returns, voluntary exchanges, or voluntary refunds for customer change of mind once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under applicable Moroccan legislation (specifically Law No. 31-08), including legal warranties against hidden defects (vices cachés) or non-conforming goods. When using Stromax and submitting orders, you agree to:

• Prepare the exact cash amount due upon delivery.
• Refrain from placing fraudulent, fictitious, or abusive orders.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable Moroccan law, Stromax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any direct claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific item in dispute, without prejudice to non-waivable statutory warranties.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable out-of-court settlement. Should amicable resolution fail, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
